Follow up: I appreciate quite response to my concerns and solving them. On another note my mom will be coming in to get her tires replaced here too. I had a appointment for 330 to get my tires replaced, I arrived at 320 turned in my key to car and sat and waited. While I was waiting 2 different people with 2 different cars came in NO appointments to get tires fixed or replaced and they took their cars and worked on them before they took my car in to be fixed. Those people were done and gone before my car was taken in. Finally at 350 a full 20 minutes past appointment time my car was taken in. In looking closer at my receipt I also noticed a charge of $27.41 per tire for some insurance or certificate? So I paid a extra 110 for what. Just BS. when I cool down I plan on going back and having a chat. My mom needs all new tires as well however we may go elsewhere as I'm not happy with the service I received.

They have been very good to me. I bought wheels and tires here over 2 years ago and they are still taking care of me. Tire rotations, TPMS re learning, Patching tires on my other vehicles. I live in Grants Pass however the service here is so good I do all my tire business here. Thank you!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserved one. From the moment I walked in, Seth was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed and wanted. He got me set up with four new tires, explained everything clearly and had me back on the road faster than I expected. The quality of the work and the attention to detail was amazing. It's hard to find businesses that still treat customers this well, but this Discount Tire, especially Seth, absolutely delivered. If you're looking for knowledgeable people, fair pricing, and service that goes above and beyond, this is the place to go. Over and Above Customer Service, Trevor and Iziaha took care of my vehice, and explained thoroughly what would take place, and the time it would take. I recommended Discount Tire, no matter where you live. I am a very picky person. I like my things tookn care of when people are working on them. This place. Did a perfect job. Definitely is my number one pick for rims, tires and anything else that they do.That's not covered by warranty for my vehicle through the dealership.
